Welcome everyone and happy Thursday to you! And a very happy October! WOW…it’s official…we are in the last quarter of the year. You know it is fall when the leaves change colors (they are already doing that here in Ohio) and you have to alternate between your air conditioner and your heater…usually in the same day.
